Sixty Days of Mind Power Techniques- #1

Sorry, I’m behind on writing these.  I decided I would write shorter journal entries, but be much more consistent with putting them on the blog.  So, this first group includes 60 days worth of simple and quick mind power techniques you can use to:  motivate and inspire yourself, be happier, healthier, more in-tune with the flow of your life, and have more peace of mind.  

Tip #1

Laughing Out Loud!

This may seem like a “no brainer,” but try it, you’ll like it.  The next time you think about it OR the next time you’re having a bad day, just stop and have a BIG Belly Laugh.  We usually do this in a group at the office.  If you can get other people involved, it is highly contagious.  Then try to think about whatever was bothering you.  You won’t be able to get upset no matter how hard you try. 

Even better, train yourself to laugh when something: pisses you off, makes you sad, worries you.  Laughter releases endorphins and relaxes you –body and mind.
