Mindfulness meditation is a great way to develop FOCUS, something that is sorely lacking in our present times.
To do mindfulness meditation, you can choose a word to repeat to yourself silently while you sit in a relaxed comfortable place with your eyes closes. The goal is to tune everything out except that one word.
It can be any word you like. I like to use the word “one.” Try it for just a minute for starters. Then graduate to five minutes. Don’t beat up on yourself if you find your mind wandering. Just gently guide yourself back to the present focus.
