One of the best things you can do for your mind is to keep rejuvenating it. If you’re reading this blog, chances are you are a “mental type”, like me. My best friend from high school, Edna Mae Baker Hild used to tell me, “You think too much!” It took me a while to learn how to get out of my mind. I still have a tendency to get too many thoughts going at once.

Hypnosis is a great escape, but so is: Yoga, Massage, other types of energy work, hugs, and above all for me… getting out in nature.

In San Antonio, it’s easy to get out in nature. One of my favorite places is the fountains at Hemisfair Plaza. Click on my youtube page to see them if you haven’t ever or are not from San Antonio.

Another great place is along the San Antonio River (not the commercial part, the part by HEB main offices at The Arsenal. Or you can visit the Mission Trails or even the Waterworks across from the soon to be renovated Lone Star Brewery.

I even love to sit on Uncle Ernie’s deck and watch the world go by. Where’s your favorite place in nature? Go there and rejuvenate today.
