Here’s the review I wrote for Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant for menupix.com.
I love Las Palmas! The service is good to excellent depending on who you get. The ambience is wonderful, clean, bright, nice decor, not too crowded. But the flour tortillas MELT IN YOUR MOUTH. I go for breakfast tacos. I can highly recommend the chorizo con papas con avocate flour tacos. Oh, and the coffee is good too, which is a rarity in my opinion, in a Mexican Restaurant. Most of them use some cheap brand that tastes bitter. Not Las Palmas.
Oh, and by the way, as is the case with most Southside Restaurants, the menu is extremely affordable. Breakfast for me and Uncle Ernie is normally under $9.00.
