Winterizing Recipe #1

I promised my newsletter readers some immune-boosting winterizing recipes. So here is the first:  Kathy’s Body Soup.  This is actually a concoction you make to soak in.  You will smell like a pizza when you finish, but I have actually seen people eliminate flu-symptoms in 20 minutes.

In a warm bath, add epsom salt, a quarter cup of chopped fresh garlic and chopped fresh ginger, and a cup of fresh rosemary.  Soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes.
