“Surround yourself with people who make you happy. People who make you laugh, who help you when you’re in need. People who genuinely care. They are the ones worth keeping in your life. Everyone else is just passing through.” Karl Marx
Karl Marx said it best. When you surround yourself with happy people, the odds of you becoming or remaining happy increase. And, if you want to learn to be really happy, ask those people you surround yourself with how they did it, and do what they do.
One of my favorite magazine articles was an interview with Goldie Hawn. The interviewer asked Goldie how she remained so joyful. Goldie said something like, “I don’t know. I think I was always like this, but it would be worth studying to find out how to do it.” So, I googled “what do happy people have in common.” Here are just a few of the links that came up.

So to test myself and see just how much of a Happiness Expert I am, I decided to compare the list I’ve already made for this blog (so far I have 84 items) against the notes in these other e-articles.
I found two ideas so far that I had not already listed, but you’ll have to wait until Steps 85 and 86 to see what they are!!
