101 Ways to Be Really Happy: Step # 44– RELAX!

Teaching people how to relax is what I do for a living.

Here are some quick tips.

  1. A relaxed mind leads to a relaxed body, so try pursuits like hypnosis or deep, restful sleep to relax your body.
  2. A relaxed body leads to a relaxed mind, so try pursuits like yoga or massage to relax your mind.
  3. Design your own relaxation place and go there for at least 5 minutes every day, even if your place is in your mind.
  4. Eliminate of toxic thoughts and toxic people from your life.
  5. Make relaxation a priority. You will be amazed at the benefits.
