Ok, if you’ve made it this far, you have earned a reward!

I’m going to share with you THE EASIEST and QUICKEST technique I know for letting go of anxiety.

I actually did it as a child without even realizing what I was doing. Then a few years ago I was a speaker at a hypnotist convention. In one of the classes that I attended, a fellow hypnotist shared the technique as an anxiety-reducer, and I thought to myself, “Wow! No wonder I am the only un-anxious person in my family.”

Here is how it works.

Sit in a chair, looking straight ahead. Focus on a spot in front of you and then relax your eyes.

Remember those calendars that were popular for a while that had the hidden pictures in them? You were supposed to relax your gaze to make the picture pop out.

Well, that’s the whole technique. You will notice yourself relaxing instantly. You can do this 100 times per day if need be. It works.
